Mentor and Sponsor Response Form

This form is for individuals who are members of the Appraisal Institute and need either a mentor for the designation program or a sponsor for apprenticeship.  Also, if you are a member and are interested in mentoring or sponsoring a member of Austin AI please complete and submit the form below.  Sponsor and mentor information will be posted on our website to inform new members and potential designees of your interest.  For questions regarding the program please contact Sandra Cardona, Education Coordinator at 512-219-0602 or sandra@austinai.org.
