Position Wanted

Milo Greye

I am getting into the commercial and residential real estate appraisal

industry and looking for a certified appraiser to sponsor me so I can

receive my appraiser trainee certification. My interest in the

industry comes from having two parents that are in the real estate

business, one is a broker and the other is a custom home builder. I

never wanted to build or sale homes as my parents do, but rather

establishing the value of a home has always interested me. I have

always had an interest for both sides of real estate and I feel that

the appraisal industry will give me the opportunity to work with both

the builder and the broker. I am currently enrolled in Appraisal

Principles, Appraisal Procedures, and USPAP Guidelines at Champions

School of Real Estate.

My educational background in hospitality management along with my

professional experience makes me an excellent candidate. As you will

see from the enclosed resume, I have over 5 year experience in the

field of hospitality management and operations. My experience has

given me the opportunity to hone both my customer service and

interpersonal skills. I am a big picture thinker who pays attention to

the details and thrives in a fast paced ever changing environment. I

understand the importance of effective communication and I place high

value on ultimate customer satisfaction. My experience has taught me

the value of setting specific measurable goals that enable optimum

utilization of time and resources. I am excited about entering a new

industry where my attention to detail and inter personal skills can be

utilized to its fullest potential. Once again thank you for your time

and consideration.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to schedule a meeting

please contact me via e-mail at milogreye@gmail.com or by phone at

940-595-6846.

Sincerely,

Milo Greye
